FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 24831

24831.  It is unlawful for any person to do any of the following:
   (a) Violate any provision of this chapter or any regulation which
is adopted pursuant to it.
   (b) Operate a poultry plant without a license.
   (c) Mislabel poultry meat.
