2009 California Evidence Code - Section 1050 :: Article 10. Political Vote

EVIDENCE CODE
SECTION 1050

1050.  If he claims the privilege, a person has a privilege to
refuse to disclose the tenor of his vote at a public election where
the voting is by secret ballot unless he voted illegally or he
previously made an unprivileged disclosure of the tenor of his vote.
