PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 9545-9546



9545.  Except as provided in Section 9546, the county shall pay any
and all costs attributable to the conduct of district elections and
shall be reimbursed for such expenditure the following year by a
special assessment levied and collected in the same manner as regular
assessments pursuant to the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with
Section 9501), except that the limitations set forth in Section 9505
shall not apply to such assessment.



9546.  The county shall bill any candidate for district office for
the actual prorated costs of printing, handling, and translating his
statement of qualifications contained in the voter's pamphlet
accompanying the sample ballot.
