PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 3690



3690.  This chapter shall not be deemed a preemption by the state of
any existing right of cities and counties to enact and enforce laws
and regulations regulating the conduct and location of oil production
activities, including, but not limited to, zoning, fire prevention,
public safety, nuisance, appearance, noise, fencing, hours of
operation, abandonment, and inspection.
