2007 California Public Resources Code Chapter 4. San Diego River Conservancy Fund

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 32657-32658 



32657.  The San Diego River Conservancy Fund is hereby created.
Moneys in the fund shall be available, upon appropriation, for the
purposes of this division.


32658.  Proceeds or income from any lease, rental, sale, exchange,
transfer of land, or interest in real property shall be deposited in
the fund and shall be available for expenditure for the purposes of
this division, upon appropriation by the Legislature.
