GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 6850-6852



6850.  The money of account of this State is the dollar, cent, and
mill. Public accounts and all proceedings in courts shall be kept and
had in conformity with this section.



6851.  This chapter does not vitiate or affect any account, charge,
or entry originally made, or any note, bond, or other instrument
expressed in any other money of account; but such account, charge, or
entry shall be reduced to dollars, or parts of dollars, in any suit
upon it.


6852.  All legal tender notes issued by the United States shall be
received at par in payment for all taxes due this State, or to any
county or municipal corporation of this State.
