GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 19244



19244.  Applicants for and candidates in the Limited Examination and
Appointment Program  examination process may appeal in accordance
with board rule any of the following actions:
   (a) A refusal to certify eligibility to participate in the
program.
   (b) A rejection of an application to participate in an
examination.
   (c) A disqualification by an interview panel or by any other
selection method used.
   (d) A denial of a request for reasonable accommodation during the
job examination period.
   (e) A termination of an appointment of a candidate during a job
examination period.
