2005 California Water Code Sections 8520-8522 Article 1. Definitions

WATER CODE
SECTION 8520-8522 

8520.  Unless the context otherwise requires the definitions
hereinafter set forth shall govern the construction of this part of
this division of this code.
8521.  "Board" means the Reclamation Board.
8522.  "Drainage district" means the Sacramento and San Joaquin
Drainage District.
