2005 California Water Code Sections 79475-79476 CHAPTER 3. SUNSET

79475.  This division shall remain in effect only until January 1,
2006, and as of that date is repealed, unless  the Secretary of the
Resources Agency determines that federal legislation has been enacted
authorizing the participation of appropriate federal agencies in the
authority.  Upon making that determination, the Secretary of the
Resources Agency shall notify, in writing, the Secretary of State
with regard to that determination.
79476.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authority
may not undertake any activities pursuant to this division if the
authority fails to submit the annual report described in subdivision
(f) of Section 79421 on or before March 15 of the year following the
year in which the report was required to be submitted.
