2005 California Water Code Sections 79030-79031 Article 1. Flood Protection Account

WATER CODE
SECTION 79030-79031 

79030.  For the purposes of this chapter, "account" means the Flood
Protection Account created by Section 79031.
79031.  The Flood Protection Account is hereby created in the fund.
The sum of two hundred  ninety-two million dollars ($292,000,000) is
hereby transferred from the fund to the account.
