STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 33550-33552

33550.  All claims for money or damages against the authority are
governed by Part 3 (commencing with Section 900) and Part 4
(commencing with Section 940) of Division 3.6 of Title 1 of the
Government Code except as provided therein, or by other statutes or
regulations expressly applicable thereto.
33552.  Any city may exercise any or all of the powers granted to an
authority by this part alone, or in combination with powers granted
by any other general law relative to parking facilities.
