2005 California Government Code Sections 16378-16379 Article 2.5. State Motor Vehicle Insurance Account

GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 16378-16379 

16378.  The State Motor Vehicle Insurance Account is hereby created
as a special account in the General Fund.
16379.  Amounts collected by the Department of General Services
pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 11290 shall be deposited in
the account and such amounts are continuously appropriated for the
purposes set forth in subdivision (a) of Section 11290.
