GOVERNMENT CODESECTION 14865-14868
14865. All printed matter for all state agencies and the Regents of the University of California shall be prepared at the expense of their respective funds or appropriations. 14866. The cost of all printing and publishing by the Office of State Printing shall be fixed by the department in an amount which will pay for all costs relating to such printing and publishing, including depreciation on plant and equipment. 14867. The department shall cause to be installed and the Office of State Printing shall use a cost finding system for determining the cost of all work performed in the Office of State Printing. 14868. Charges for printing publications, including legislative printing, shall include the cost of printing and distributing copies thereof to libraries as required by Section 14901.
