2005 California Corporations Code Sections 28320 Article 1. Establishing, Relocating, and Closing Offices

CORPORATIONS CODE
SECTION 28320 

28320.  (a) No licensee shall relocate its head office without prior
written notice to the commissioner.
   (b) No licensee shall establish, relocate, or close any office
(other than its head office) unless it files a notice with the
commissioner not less than two business days after taking the action.
