2005 California Corporations Code Sections 13220 Article 1. Formation

CORPORATIONS CODE
SECTION 13220 

13220.  Five or more persons, a majority of whom are residents of
this State, engaged in the production of fishery products, may form
an association, with or without shares of stock, under the provisions
of this division.
