BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE
SECTION 11300-11301

11300.  This part may be cited as the Real Estate Appraisers'
Licensing and Certification Law.
11301.  There is hereby created within the Business, Transportation
and Housing Agency an Office of Real Estate Appraisers to administer
and enforce this part.
