§ 20-17-103 - Notification of death.
20-17-103. Notification of death.Within thirty (30) calendar days after a death certificate is filed pursuant to 20-18-601, the Division of Vital Records of the Division of Health of the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide notification of the death to the county and circuit court clerks in the county where the deceased was a resident.
