§ 18-14-505 - Enforcement.
18-14-505. Enforcement.Whenever the agency determines from evidence available to it that a person is violating or failing to comply with the requirements of this subchapter, the agency may order the person to desist and refrain from such violations and may take enforcement action under the provisions of 18-14-201 et seq.
