§ 16-115-102 - Jurisdiction.
16-115-102. Jurisdiction.The circuit court shall have power to hear and determine petitions for the writ of mandamus and prohibition and to issue such writs to all inferior courts, tribunals, and officers in their respective jurisdictions.
