10-3224. Recording and publication of articles of domestication
Within sixty days after the commission approves the filing of the articles of domestication, a copy of the articles of domestication shall be published. An affidavit evidencing the publication may be filed with the commission. If other laws require the domesticated corporation to record its articles of incorporation, the domesticated corporation shall also record the articles of domestication.
