44-6907. Damages; injunctive relief; attorney fees Any person who is aggrieved by a violation of this article may bring a civil action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction to recover actual damages, obtain an injunction or any other remedy available at law or equity and recover reasonable attorney fees. |
