31-286 Transition services fund

31-286. Transition services fund A. The transition services fund is established consisting of monies deposited pursuant to section 31-285, subsection C. B. The department shall administer the fund and shall distribute fund monies to entities that provide transition services to nonviolent offenders. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation and are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. |
