13-4414. Notice of post-conviction release; right to be heard; hearing; final decision A. The victim has the right to be present and be heard at any proceeding in which post-conviction release from confinement is being considered pursuant to section 31-233, section 31-326 or section 31-411. B. If the victim has made a request for post-conviction notice, the board of pardons and paroles shall, at least fifteen days before the hearing, give to the victim written notice of the hearing and of the victim's right to be present and be heard at the hearing. C. If the victim has made a request for post-conviction notice, the board of pardons and paroles shall give to the victim notice of the decision reached by the board. The notice shall be mailed within fifteen days after the board reaches its decision. |
