2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §36-1606  Municipal ordinances

This article shall not be construed to prohibit the imposition by municipal ordinance of further regulations and prohibitions upon the sale, use and possession of fireworks within an incorporated city or town. No such city or town shall permit or authorize the sale, use or possession of any fireworks in violation of this article.
