2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §32-2329  Summary suspension

At a public meeting, the commission may summarily suspend, without a formal hearing, any license issued by the commission if the commission deems it necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public. A summarily suspended license remains suspended until the next meeting of the commission. The commission may remove a summary suspension or continue a summary suspension after a review at a commission meeting or may revoke a license as provided in section 32-2321.
