2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §22-223  Forming jury; challenges

A. At the time appointed for the trial, the justice of the peace shall call the names of the jurors summoned. If a sufficient number of qualified jurors do not attend, the justice shall direct others qualified to be summoned.

B. Either party may challenge any juror either for cause or peremptorily and each party shall have three peremptory challenges.
