2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §21-334  Failure of juror to attend; fine

It is unlawful for a juror who is summoned and who fails to obtain a postponement or who is not excused from jury service to wilfully and without reasonable excuse fail to attend on the date scheduled for jury service. The juror may be attached as for a direct contempt of court and may be compelled to attend on the date scheduled for jury service, and a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars may be imposed by the court for nonattendance upon the court.
