2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §20-1634 Immunity

The director of insurance or any person who in good faith furnishes to the insured or insurer information as to reasons for cancellation or non-renewal of a motor vehicle policy, shall not be liable to any party for providing such information.
