2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §13-3722  Solicitations for American veterans\' organizations; approval; violation; classification

A. It is unlawful for a person to solicit money or other support in the name of American veterans unless the veterans' organization for which the person is soliciting money or other support is officially approved by the department of veterans' services pursuant to section 41-603.

B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
