2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §13-3213 Defense
It is a defense to a prosecution pursuant to section 13-3212, if the defendant engaged in the conduct constituting the offense with a minor of fifteen, sixteen or seventeen years of age and at the time of the offense the defendant did not know and could not reasonably have known the age of the minor.
