2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §12-127  Days for transaction of business; exceptions

A. The superior court shall at all times be open for transaction of business except on nonjudicial days. No business shall be transacted on a legal holiday except:

1. To give, upon its request, instructions to a jury deliberating on its verdict.

2. To receive a verdict or discharge a jury.

3. For the exercise of the powers of a magistrate in a criminal action or in a proceeding of a criminal nature.

B. Writs of injunction, attachment, garnishment, replevin, and prohibition may be issued and served on any day.
