2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §11-361  Definition of program

For the purposes of this article, unless the context otherwise requires, "program" means a special supervision program in which the county attorney of a participating county may divert or defer, before a guilty plea or a trial, the prosecution of a person accused of committing a crime, other than a person who has been previously convicted of a felony, is accused of committing a felony involving the discharge, use or threatening exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument or the intentional or knowing infliction of serious physical injury or has previously completed a program established pursuant to this article.
