Chapter 13.52. HEALTH CARE DECISIONS ACT
Sec. 13.52.135. Discriminatory treatment prohibited.
When determining the best interest of a patient under this chapter, health care treatment may not be denied to a patient because the patient has a disability or is expected to have a disability.
