Article 09 LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS
Sec. 32.06.912. Name.
The name of a limited liability partnership must end with "Registered Limited Liability Partnership," "Limited Liability Partnership," "R.L.L.P.," "L.L.P.," "RLLP," or "LLP."
