Chapter 25.24. DIVORCE AND DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Sec. 25.24.110. Separate domicile or residence.
In an action for divorce, a spouse may acquire a separate residence or domicile from that of the other spouse without reference among other factors to misconduct or consent of the other spouse.
