Chapter 41.17. FOREST RESOURCES AND PRACTICES
Sec. 41.17.220. Management of state forests.
Land within a state forest or within a unit of a state forest shall be managed under
(1) the principles of multiple-use and sustained yield;
(2) this chapter; and
(3) a management plan prepared by the department.
