Chapter 36.10. EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE
Sec. 36.10.120. Investigations and hearings.

The Department of Labor may when necessary to enforce this chapter

(1) conduct investigations and hold hearings relating to employment preference;

(2) compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers, and documents;

(3) [Repealed, Sec. 46 ch 53 SLA 1973].
