Title 25 MARITAL AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 25.30. UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION ACT
Sec. 25.30.230. Priority.

Upon the request of a party to a custody proceeding which raises a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under this chapter, the case shall be given calendar priority to the extent allowed by law and court rules, and shall be handled expeditiously.
