Title 25 MARITAL AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 25.30. UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION ACT
Sec. 25.30.200. Preservation of documents for use in other states.

In any custody proceeding in this state, the court shall preserve the pleadings, orders and decrees, any record that has been made of its hearings, social studies, and other pertinent documents or a microphotographic film print or copy of any of the above papers until the child has reached majority or is emancipated under applicable law. Upon appropriate request of and payment from the court of another state, the court shall forward to the other court certified copies of any or all of those documents.
