Chapter 25.30. UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION ACT
Sec. 25.30.160. Certified copies of custody decree.
The clerk of the trial courts for each judicial district of this state, at the request of the court of another state or at the request of any person who is affected by or has a legitimate interest in a custody decree, shall certify and forward a copy of the decree to that court or person, upon payment of a prescribed fee.
