Chapter 10.50. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
Sec. 10.50.025. Distinguishable names.

The name of a limited liability company must be distinguishable on the records of the department from

(1) the name of a limited liability company, limited partnership, or corporation organized under the laws of this state;

(2) the name of a foreign limited liability company that is registered under this chapter;

(3) the name of a foreign corporation that is authorized to transact business in this state;

(4) a name reserved or registered under AS 10.06.110 - 10.06.145 or this chapter; or

(5) a name reserved under AS 10.35.
