Chapter 21.66. TITLE INSURANCE COMPANIES
Sec. 21.66.250. TRUST FUNDS.
Trust funds or assets held in a fiduciary capacity by a title insurance company that is authorized to do a trust business shall be invested in accordance with AS 06.25.
