TITLE 25 MARITAL AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 25.25. UNIFORM RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT ACT
Sec. 25.25.090. COMPLAINT FOR SUPPORT.

The complaint shall be verified and shall state the name and, if known to the plaintiff, the addresses and circumstances of the defendant, the dependents for whom support is sought, and all other pertinent information. The plaintiff may include in or attach to the complaint information which may help in locating or identifying the defendant including, but not limited to, a photograph of the defendant, a description of any distinguishing marks, other names and aliases by which the defendant has been or is known, the name of the defendant's employer, the defendant's fingerprints, or the defendant's Social Security number.
