TITLE 25 MARITAL AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 25.25. UNIFORM RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT OF SUPPORT ACT
Sec. 25.25.050. RELIEF FROM EXTRADITION.
An obligor contemplated by AS 25.25.040 , who submits to the jurisdiction of the court of this or another state and complies with the court's order of support, is relieved of extradition for desertion or nonsupport entered in the courts of this state during the period of compliance.
