Section 13A-11-154Violations. Any person who violates Section 13A-11-153 shall be guilty of a Class C felony if the loss is two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or more. Any person who violates Section 13A-11-153 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor if the loss is less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
