For contract awards involving foreign suppliers which will necessitate ocean transportation, a copy of the award document is to be furnished to the Maritime Administration at the following address: Inter-Agency Liaison, Division of National Cargo, Office of Market Development, Maritime Administration, 400 7th Street, SW., Washington, DC 20590 Source: 65 FR 81007, Dec. 22, 2000, unless otherwise noted.
Contractor foreign travel shall be conducted pursuant to the requirements contained in DOE Order 551.1, Official Foreign Travel, or any subsequent version of the order in effect at the time of award. When foreign travel may be required under the contract, the contracting officer shall insert the clause at 48 CFR 952.247–70, Foreign Travel.
