De La Cerda filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining that the respondent has failed to rule on certain motions that Relator presented to the Anderson County District Clerk for filing.1 On October 28, 2010, the respondent ruled on the motions that are the subject of this proceeding. Because Relator has raised no other issues in his mandamus petition, we dismiss this original proceeding as moot. Opinion delivered November 2, 2011.
