MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices Rodriguez, Benavides, and Vela Memorandum Opinion Per Curiam1 Relator, Joe Clark, pro se, filed a petition for writ of mandamus on July 19, 2010, seeking to obtain a copy of this Court s opinion affirming his conviction for aggravated sexual assault.2 See Clark v. State, 13-93-00094-CR, slip. op. (Tex. App. Corpus Christi June 9, 1994, pet. ref d) (not designated for publication).
