MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices Rodriguez, Benavides, and Vela Memorandum Opinion Per Curiam1 Relator, Joe Clark, pro se, filed a petition for writ of mandamus on July 19, 2010, seeking to obtain a copy of this Court s opinion affirming his conviction for aggravated sexual assault.2 See Clark v. State, 13-93-00094-CR, slip. op. (Tex. App. Corpus Christi June 9, 1994, pet. ref d) (not designated for publication). The Court, having examined and fully considered the petition for writ of mandamus, is of the opinion that the petition for writ 1 See T EX . R . A PP .
