TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-17-00466-CV In re Sandi Sinski ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM BLANCO COUNTY MEMORANDUM OPINION On July 13, 2017, relator filed her petition for writ of mandamus, seeking relief from the respondent’s order transferring venue, and a motion to stay the underlying proceeding pending resolution of her petition for writ of mandamus. On July 14, 2017, this Court issued an order staying all proceedings in the underlying cause. On July 19, 2017, relator filed a supplement to her motion to stay. On July 24, 2017, real parties in interest filed a response to relator’s petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the parties’ filings and the mandamus record, we lift the stay issued by this Court on July 14, 2017, and deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). __________________________________________ Melissa Goodwin, Justice Before Chief Justice Rose, Justices Pemberton and Goodwin Filed: July 25, 2017
