Appellant and Appellee filed a joint motion in this Court on July 19, 1994, to dismiss this appeal stating that the parties had reached an agreement to settle and compromise their differences with costs to be taxed against Appellant, and her sureties, jointly and severally.

The motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
